Medical & Dental Mission at Mayao Parada Elementary School, Lucena City

In Support to the Government's program in delivering basic health services to less fortunate constituents, MASIGASIG TROOPERS headed by LTC RUFINO G RAMORAN, JR, Commanding Officer, 4LAB initiated the conduct of Medical and Dental Mission to one of its adopted school, the Mayao Parada Elementary School at Brgy Mayao, Lucena City on 18 January 2011.

With the help of the resident doctors of SOLCOM, two hundred thirty one (231) parents, teachers and students were benefited for free tooth extraction and free medical check-up. Likewise, free medicines was distributed.

The event was made possible with the unending support of Mayor Barbara Talaga, PCSO STL-Lucena, Generika Drug Store, Smart Communication-Lucena, JCI-Lucena, La-Suerte Corp., Rotary Club of Lucena North, Rotary Club of Metro Lucena and Rotaract Club of Metro Lucena.

Educational Tour

LTC RUFINO G RAMORAN JR. together with the Masigasig Troopers welcome more than 300 pupils from 25 Day Care Centers of Lucban, Quezon. The group headed by Ms. Rowena Cajipe, together with their teachers and parents visited H4LAB for their educational tour  on 11 and 12 November 2010. The activity started with a film showing on the history and brief background of the Light Armor Division. 

The pupils enjoyed their tour inside the Home of the Masigasig Troopers and were all very excited to have their picture taken especially with  the troops and armored vehicles.

Bloodletting for Smart Experience Center - Lucena City

Your 4th Light Armor Battalion headed by LTC RUFINO G RAMORAN JR once again extended their support to the Phil. National Red Cross through the effort of the Smart Experience Center - Lucena City during the conduct of Bloodletting Activity last 12 November 2010.  Six Masigasig Troopers including LTC Ramoran donated their precious blood for the needy.

4th Light Armor (Masigasig) Battalion Joins Dental Mission

Maintaining good oral health is important for overall general health. Unfortunately, for many individuals living on small incomes or without dental insurance, dental care is a luxury that they cannot afford. In connection with this, the 4LAB , LAD,PA and Lucena City Darters Association together with Rotary Club of Metro Lucena, JCI-Jaycees, Generika Drug Store, SMART Communication, Inc, and volunteer dentists from Quezon Dental Asso., join hands in the conduct of Dental Mission at Brgy 9 Multi-purpose Hall, Lucena City on 02 October 2010. One hundred less fortunate populace were benefited in the activity. Likewise, tooth brush, tooth paste and mouth wash were also provided to maintain good oral health.
