1LT ARIEL CORTEZ (CAV) PA, Hqs Commandant, gave his feedbacks/observations during evaluation of the drill.

Evaluation includes personal safety during and after the earthquake, evacuation routes, organization of safety and evacuation teams, rescue staging areas, organization and location of the Incident Command Center, search lights, and others. Evaluators and observers gave valuable feedbacks to what the hospital need in order to reduce or prevent casualties in the event of an earthquake. After the evaluation, the hospital management and staff has realized that they should always be ready not only in their workplace but even in their homes as well. It includes the things required during emergencies, crafting of SOPs and the conduct continuous reminders to the staff, other personnel and patients of the hospital.

Congratulations Masigasigs. Keep up the good work.
