LTC RUFINO G RAMORAN JR, Commanding Officer of 4LAB, LAD, PA together with 1LT JULIE ANN L MIRABUENO, CMO Officer attended the SMART- CSWDO Turn-over ceremony at City Social Welfare and Development Complex, Zaballero Subd., Lucena City on 10 June 2010. The activity started with registration of participants followed by Turn-over ceremony.
The activity is the awarding of SMART money card to Ten (10) beneficiaries of SMART and giving of SMART Bro Internet, Children's books from St., Mary's Publishing Corp and Gluta Soap from Aspenloft Enterprises to CSWDO children - these children are the members of the community belonging to the so called "poorest among the poor" .
The event was attended by the SMART-CSWDO, LGO's and LGU's of Lucena City headed by Mayor Ramon Y Talaga Jr.
