MAJOR GENERAL SAMUEL D NARCISE AFP, Commander, Light Armor Division, Philippine Army visited Headquarters, 4LAB on 23 April 2010. With him were COLONEL MAYORALGO DELA CRUZ, his Chief of Staff and several General Staff Officers of Light Armor Division. This is part of his farewell visits to armor units prior to his retirement next month.
During the said visit, our civilian partners from the Provincial Disaster Coordinating Council-Quezon, SMART-Lucena City, and principals of our adopted schools here in Lucena City (Mayao Castillo and Mayao Parada Elementary Schools) took the opportunity to personally extend their gratitude to LAD’s continuing efforts in extending support and community service by presenting him certificates and plaques of appreciation.
