43LAC's Neophytes: "Start Them Right, They will End Well"

The most precious commodity in the armed forces is the soldier. We train and equip them with necessary knowledge and skills to be an effective workforce. The 43rd Light Armor Company upheld this principle by conducting orientation training to newly assigned Privates who, aside from being the lowest mammal in the unit, will assume as an Armored Vehicle radio operator or gunner.

The nine (9) day training at Hqs, 43LAC in Camp Capinpin, Tanay, Rizal consisted of essential knowledge on the day-to-day operations of the company, critical skills on gunnery and communication operations, detachment operations, basic preventive maintenance, unit tactical SOPs on pre, during and post operations, and not the least, personnel discipline.

During the simple closing ceremony, all Senior NCOs of the company delivered motivational speeches based on their respective experiences in the service. This part served as the crucial point of the training when the young privates see their seniors as role models to emulate.
"Start Them Right, They will End Well!!". We just hope we laid the right foundation for these neophytes who are the future of the ARMY.
